I am a Principal Member of Technical Staff in the Scalable System Software department at Sandia National Laboratories. Our group develops system software for large-scale parallel computers and applications. My particular research interests are in operating systems, high-performance computing, middleware, and metadata/data management for large-data applications and services.
I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2005 from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Computer Science degree from the University of Virginia in 1992, and a BS from James Madison University in 1990. I am a Senior Member of the Association for Computing Machinery.
